Employees have the option to add additional clients to increase their weekly hours up to 40 per week. We allow the employee and client(s) to create their weekly schedules together.

Current Open Positions
PCA (Personal Care Assistant)
Duties may include: assisting the client with walking or moving, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, brushing teeth, and eating.
They may also include assisting the client with cooking, using the telephone or computer, shopping, and keeping track of finances.
PCA's are also able to accompany (but not transport) their clients to and from appointments, grocery stores, etc. This position may be 7 days per week or less. Hours are based on the client’s needs.
Duties may include: food preparation, washing dishes, sweeping/vacuuming/mopping, cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash, changing linens, and doing laundry.
Duties may include teaching your client: health care management, communication skills, self-care, how to access and use public transportation and resources, meal plan, nutrition, grocery shopping, budgeting and couponing, housing stability, coordination and connection to community services, household management and organization, appointment scheduling assistance and calendar skills.
Other responsibilities may include: helping with important documents, time management, and transportation of your client.
